Site and Development Coordinator, Senior $54,467.99 - $64,057.84
There are two (2) levels of the position distinguished by the type and level of work performed and qualifications of the employee.
All levels of experience will be considered. Please review the job description for the requirements at all levels.
SITE AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR- Requires an Associate's Degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology, Land Surveying, Geography (Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Drafting and Design (CADD/CAD), or related field and 2 years of related experience in construction management or site plan review, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
SITE AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR SENIOR - Requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology, Land Surveying, Geography (Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Drafting and Design (CADD/CAD), or related field and 3-5 years of related experience in construction management or site plan review, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
