    Job Summary

    Southern Industrial Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Site Administrator for a job-site located in Stillwater, OK. Performs both Office Administration and processing functions in an office or client site setting.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Type daily T&M time sheets by cost code from the foreman time sheets.
    • Prepare weekly group time and per diem sheets and process time off requests.
    • Create cost codes as needed.
    • Order miscellaneous construction consumables, materials and safety supplies.
    • Compile all signed time sheets for billing.
    • Assist with preparing billing invoices.
    • Prepare credit card and cash expense forms.
    • Assist employees with questions (accessing pay stubs, insurance, 401k or other miscellaneous HR questions).
    • Approving invoices in document management.
    • Run various cost reports as needed in Timberline.
    • May need to pick up hot items from Lowes, Fastenal, etc.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Conduct business and interactions with a positive attitude that projects the highest levelof professionalism.
    • Associates Degree in business administration, safety or related field preferred.
    • Computer skills to include MS Word, Excel, Outlook, database management.
    • Basic clerical skills to include data entry, report preparation, file maintenance, scheduling appointments, and preparing invoices/bills for payment.
    • Strong interpersonal communication, attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
    • Clear driving record

    Work Environment

    Conditions include working in an office, with occasional entry into shop, busy traffic areas, and warehouses. Occasional exposure to dirt, dust, grease, oil, vibrations, and adverse weather conditions. Must be able to safely access all areas of property. Must be able to effectively use any required PPE equipment. Potential Jobsite Visits.
