Site Account Manager - Mining Equipment - MN/WI

• Build strong relationships with key customer contacts across assigned mining sites.
• Identify sales opportunities and support business growth initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
• Understand customer operations and provide tailored solutions.
• Lead site-based account activities and support strategic account plans.
• Maintain accurate site, equipment, and opportunity records.
• Drive customer satisfaction and support continuous improvement efforts.

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven background in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles within an industrial environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications.
• Mining, minerals processing, or heavy equipment experience is highly desirable.
