Forklift Operator

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Location: Broadview, IL
Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:20 PM

Position Overview

We are hiring a Forklift Operator for a growing warehouse operation in Broadview, IL. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with sit-down forklift experience who are looking for a stable schedule, competitive pay, and strong benefits.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently

• Load and unload trailers

• Perform putaway of incoming inventory

• Complete list picking and order fulfillment tasks

• Move materials throughout the warehouse

• Stage and prepare products for shipment

• Retrieve and park forklifts as needed

• Build pallets and prepare loads when required

• Maintain inventory accuracy

• Keep work areas clean and organized

• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sit-down forklift experience required

• Previous warehouse experience preferred

• Experience loading trailers preferred

• Ability to perform picking and putaway functions

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and safety

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed
