Job Duties

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials throughout the facility.
• Deliver materials to production areas and move finished products as directed.
• Load, unload, and organize materials.
• Check materials for damage and report concerns to a supervisor.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Work with production and shipping teams to meet daily needs.
• Follow forklift operating procedures and all company safety rules.
• Perform other material handling duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience operating a sit-down forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to handle materials safely and accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.

What You Will Do

As a Sit Down Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.

A Sit Down Forklift Operator helps maintain efficient warehouse operations by safely moving products between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas. This role requires equipment operation skills, organizational ability, and safe work habits.

The Sit Down Forklift Operator combines forklift operation with inventory awareness and warehouse procedures to help ensure products are moved accurately and efficiently throughout daily operations.
