Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Operate sit-down forklift to safely move, load, and unload materials throughout the facility
Support warehouse and production flow by transporting and staging refurbished lawnmower crates
Maintain strong attendance and flexibility to work overtime as needed
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and safety-focused
Follow daily production schedules and track workflow across multiple stations
Assist with general warehouse and material handling tasks as needed
Perform physical tasks including frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and squatting (up to 30 lbs)
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Complete a forklift test (sorting, identifying, and scanning materials)
Previous forklift experience required
Must pass background check (no theft, violence, or repeat offenses)
