NOW HIRING: Sit Down and Roll Clamp Operators

Location: New Lenox, IL

Available Shifts

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM + overtime as required
    $22.73/hr. – Sit-Down & Roll Clamp Operators
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM + overtime as required
    $22.67/hr. – Sit-Down Forklift Driver
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Weekend Work: Some Saturdays required based on production needs

Overtime Requirements

Flexibility is required for extended shifts, including:
  • 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for stacking bundles of corrugated material onto the automated palletizing section of production machinery. This is a fast-paced, physically active position that requires continuously placing products onto open pallet spaces as the pallet rotates in front of you.
The work is similar to a Tetris-style stacking process, making spatial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to work at a steady pace important for success.

Training & Onboarding Support

We want new employees to have the support and training needed to succeed in their role.
  • First 3 weeks: All new hires will train on 1st shift, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, for orientation, safety, quality training, and hands-on On-the-Job Training (OJT).
  • During the first 3 weeks, new hires will have direct access to leadership for questions, guidance, and support.
  • After 3 weeks: Employees will transition to their designated 2nd or 3rd shift.
  • Technical Trainers will be available; however, much of the day-to-day training will be provided by experienced crew members. Candidates should be comfortable receiving coaching, asking questions, and accepting feedback.
  • Eight weekly evaluations will be conducted by the Production Supervisor and Technical Trainer to review progress, answer questions, provide feedback, and address any concerns.
  • Advancement opportunities are available to employees who demonstrate strong performance and engagement after successfully completing the 60-day probationary period
