Description:The Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing is seeking a Simulation Nurse Educator to support high-quality simulation-based education, faculty development, learner support, and continuous program improvement.
The Simulation Nurse Educator serves as an educational consultant and primary support resource for an assigned portfolio of courses. Working collaboratively with course faculty, simulation coordinators, clinical instructors, simulation operations personnel, and School of Nursing leadership, this individual helps ensure simulation activities align with course and program outcomes, evidence-based standards, accreditation expectations, and institutional priorities.
The position also supports open laboratory learning, clinical remediation, faculty and facilitator development, simulated participant training, educational evaluation, accreditation readiness, and dissemination of educational innovations through scholarship and professional contributions.
NOTE: Position tasks are required to be performed in person at the Emory Nursing Learning Center (ENLC); working remotely is not an option. Emory reserves the right to change this status with notice to the employee.
