Job Summary: Leads internal and external communications and engagement activities aligned with the Company's growth strategy. Produces and distributes content that strengthens the brand, supports employee engagement, and engages key stakeholders. Creates marketing visuals, maintains the website, and manages social media content and reporting. Plans and executes advertising campaigns to support recruitment, industry awareness, and business development. This position can be based out of our Fort Collins, CO or Cheyenne, WY office.

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation*: $58,000-$70,000 DOE *Estimated target starting compensation; actual compensation to be determined based on assessment of an individual's qualifications, education, and experience relevant to the role. Benefits: All full-time hourly employees are eligible to participate in Simon benefits as defined in plan documents.
