The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, takes pride in producing quality work, and can work efficiently while maintaining consistent print quality and production schedules.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Set up and operate screen-printing equipment for metal components and assemblies.

    • Accurately position and align artwork, logos, labels, and markings according to drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
    • Mix and maintain inks to achieve required colors and consistency.
    • Inspect parts before, during, and after printing for quality and accuracy.

    • Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment.

    What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who takes pride in making parts look right—not just making them look finished. Accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are critical because the work produced by this position is often the final visual step before a customer's finished product ships.

If you have experience with screen printing, manufacturing, or metal fabrication and enjoy hands-on work where quality matters, we'd like to hear from you.
