Translate commercial office and lab needs into clear, functional, brand-aligned designs that improve navigation, brand presence, and the experience of people spaces.
Lead signage and environmental graphics projects end to end from brief through design, production, installation, and closeout
Design wayfinding, signage layouts, and environmental graphics for people spaces aligned with brand and accessibility standards
Create production-ready artwork files and specifications for external vendors
Localize templates for specific sites and team messaging
Coordinate with vendors on fabrication, materials, timelines, and quality to meet design intent
Conduct site surveys and measurements while supervising installations for correct placement and finish quality
Partner with facilities, workplace, and brand stakeholders on scope, schedules, brand guidelines, file management, and proof reviews
Bachelor s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience in environmental graphics and wayfinding for workplaces, lobbies, labs, and shared spaces
Experience owning projects end to end including vendor coordination and on-site install supervision
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, & InDesign)
Understanding of signage materials, fabrication, installation methods, ADA guidelines, and safety standards
Strong layout, typography, and attention-to-detail skills
Strong organization and communication skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Expected Compensation
$96,000 - $198,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
