Description

Experience Required:
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM Technical System Administration (Windows and Unix environments).
  • Strong background in CRM system administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer, configure, and maintain Siebel CRM systems across Windows and Unix platforms.
  • Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and optimization of Siebel CRM applications.
  • Collaborate with BI teams on Informatica integration for Siebel data workflows.
  • Manage user access, security roles, and permissions within Siebel CRM.
  • Execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations while ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Siebel CRM infrastructure.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using scripts (Shell, Perl, PowerShell) for system efficiency.
  • Work closely with developers and business teams to support CRM enhancements.
  • Maintain system documentation, backup, and disaster recovery plans.
Technical Skills (Must Have):
  • Siebel CRM Administration (Installation, Configuration, Maintenance)
  • Windows & Unix/Linux Server Management
  • Informatica ETL Integration (for BI/data workflows)
  • Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting
  • Scripting (Shell, Perl, PowerShell)
  • Database Knowledge (Oracle, SQL)
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Siebel Open UI, Workflows, and Business Services.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based CRM migration (Siebel to Oracle CX, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident/Change Management).
Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
