Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team, responsible for executing various installation tasks in construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction practices and be adept at working with a variety of materials and tools. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform installation tasks including but not limited to concrete forming, drywall installation, and stucco application.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installations according to specifications.
- Conduct masonry work as needed, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met.
- Assist in construction estimating by providing input on material requirements and labor needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Skills
- Proficiency in concrete forming techniques.
- Experience with caulking applications for sealing joints and cracks.
- Strong knowledge of power tools operation and maintenance.
- Familiarity with drywall installation processes.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and implement plans effectively.
- Knowledge of metal stud framing practices.
- Experience in masonry work is a plus.
- Understanding of construction estimating principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
