What You’ll Do
- Perform repairs and service on exterior siding and gutter systems
- Apply finishing materials such as caulk to seal gaps and ensure weatherproofing
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding services performed and products used
- Maintain and care for company vehicle — keeping it safe, clean, and operational
- Collaborate with team members and uphold Window World’s quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous, verifiable experience in siding installation or repair – REQUIRED
- Proficient using a brake
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to work outdoors year-round and in various weather conditions
- Comfortable using ladders and working at heights, including on roofs
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Customer-focused attitude with solid communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt as we continue to grow and improve
