What You'll Do:- Provide specialized care for high-acuity ICU patients, including post-op cardiac, transplant, and surgical recovery cases
- Maintain safe patient monitoring and administer treatments such as PA catheters, balloon pumps, and CRRT
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
- Document clinical findings accurately in electronic health records (Epic experience preferred)
- Respond promptly to emergencies and participate in relief or emergency teams as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health protocols
What You Need:- Valid Registered Nurse license in Louisiana
- ACLS, BLS, NIH certifications
- ICU experience, particularly in SICU and transplant recovery
- Skills in managing post-op cardiac patients, including PA catheters and balloon pumps
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to high-acuity environments
