What Youll Do:- Provide advanced nursing care within the Surgical ICU and Trauma ICU settings
- Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and utilize advanced medical systems such as Epic, Pyxis, Accudose, and Omnicell
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document accurately and communicate effectively using SBAR protocols
- Respond to patient needs promptly and manage emergencies efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hospital policies
- Float between units as needed, maintaining flexibility and adaptability
What You Need:- Active Ohio RN license
- 2+ years of recent ICU experience, surgical or trauma ICU preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, including call and floating requirements
