What Youll Do- Provide specialized nursing care in a state-of-the-art Surgical ICU / Trauma ICU / Burn ICU / Transplant ICU setting
- Monitor critically ill patients, ensure patient safety, and implement care plans efficiently
- Administer medications and treatments using Epic, Pyxis, Accudose, and Omnicell medication systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Document patient information accurately using SBAR communication protocol
- Adhere to hospital policies regarding floating, on-call duties, and shift requirements
- Maintain compliance with all safety and health guidelines throughout your shift
What You Need- Ohio nursing license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience, preferably in Surgical, Trauma, Burn, or Transplant ICU
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to work night shift and float as required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
