What you'll do
- provide safe, courteous transportation for residents traveling throughout campus and to off-campus appointments and activities as needed
- ensure residents arrive safely and on time while providing exceptional customer service
- assist with overflow transportation requests to help meet the daily needs of the community
- maintain clean, safe and well-presented transportation vehicles
- follow all local, state and federal driving regulations while maintaining the highest standards of resident safety
- serve as a backup to the concierge desk by scheduling transportation, answering incoming calls, submitting work orders and assisting residents and guests
- monitor emergency response systems and fire alarm panels as assigned
- build positive relationships with residents, families and team members through friendly, professional service
- assist with additional responsibilities that support the needs of the community
What you'll bring
- high school diploma or GED
- at least 21 years of age
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- previous experience in a customer service environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety
- passion for serving older adults and delivering exceptional customer service
- successful completion of pre-screening hiring requirements
