    Join our team as a Shuttle Driver I!If you enjoy being on the move, connecting with people, and taking pride in providing a dependable and welcoming transportation experience, this is your opportunity to drive excellence every day.Job Purpose:Transports guests and Team Members to and from assigned destinations in a safe and timely manner.Job Duties and Responsibilities:(Note: Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management at any time)

    Provides transportation to casino, resort, and tribal Team Members and guests by safely operating assigned shuttle vehicles, navigating through varying weather conditions, following designated routes, and adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols.Delivers consistent guest service by greeting internal and external guests following Sycuan's Guest Service program in a friendly and courteous manner, answering questions, assisting passengers entering or exiting the shuttle, and communicating clearly over radio or in person.Maintains shuttle cleanliness and operation by sweeping, cleaning, completing log entries, conducting basic visual inspections, reporting defects, and submitting maintenance requests to the Transportation Service Specialist.Performs repeated entry and exit from shuttle vehicles throughout the shift and works in both indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to heat, cold, wind, rain, and vehicle exhaust as part of normal job duties.Operates the shuttle safely for extended periods while seated and maneuvering in tight areas, including during peak traffic and high-noise environments.

    Job Specifications:Education and Experience:Essential:

    California Class C Commercial Driver's License with 15+ Passenger EndorsementDMV record in good standing

    Desirable:

    Guest service experienceHigh School Diploma or G.E.D.
