    Description

    The Shuttle Driver ensures hotel guests have a safe, smooth, and enjoyable arrival, departure, and transportation experience. This role directly impacts guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the overall impression of the hotel.

    HOW YOU’LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE

    • Drive guests to and from the hotel, airport, shopping centers, and other destinations, assisting with luggage.
    • Attend and participate in monthly front desk meetings to stay aligned with hotel operations.
    • Inspect and maintain the courtesy van, ensuring cleanliness, fuel, and readiness.
    • Explain van features such as radio, television, and communication systems to guests.
    • Provide guests with information about hotel services, facilities, points of interest, and local attractions.
    • Notify guests in lobby, dining rooms, or other areas; deliver messages and run errands.
    • Maintain lobby and front porte-cochere areas, including trash removal, snow/ice management, and cleaning of sidewalks and floors.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of 2 years driving experience with a valid motor vehicle license and minimal violations.
    • Experience in hospitality, transportation, or guest-facing roles preferred.

    ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
