    Summary of Position

    Responsible for transporting guests and/or employees between the Company’s properties and stop areas in a safe manner according to the Company Driver Agreement Policy.

    Responsibilities

    Transport guests and/or employees between the Company’s properties and designated stop areas in a safe and efficient manner

    Provides highest level of customer service and give assistance if necessary

    Be knowledgeable and helpful to passengers and guests as to schedules and services

    Strictly follow Company’s lost and found program

    Ensure vehicle is clean, fueled, and in safe working condition, noting any issues to Manager; performs pre & post shift vehicle inspections using Company inspection Forms and Vehicle Logs

    Understand company’s ISO (Environmental & Quality) management systems, policies, goals, and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas.

    Adherence to associated Duties Checklist and other related duties as assigned

    Position Requirements

    Superior customer services skills, strong communication skills and a team player

    Work a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts

    Safety oriented paying attention to all traffic rules and Company Driver Agreement Policy

    Provide a clean driving record on a MVR background check

    Pass a pre-employment drug screen

    Knowledge and Experience

    Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required

    Valid CDL license, Class B with passenger endorsement and Medical Card

    Experience: Six (6) months in a hotel/resort setting preferred

    Resort/ National Park Concession experience preferred
