Responsibilities
Basic Job Duties
• Transports employees of the airport to and from the established employee parking lot to the
main airport terminal.
• Follows designated bus route through secured roadways in and around the airport campus.
• Immediately reports any incidents or accidents to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
• Perform pre-inspection and post-inspection activities to ensure proper operating conditions,
adherence to prescribed Department of Transportation standards, and compliance with
proper safety standards
• Ensures access to the shuttle bus by passengers adheres to airport security policy.
• Follow required roadway and gate access procedures as outlined in the airport's security
protocols.
Qualifications
Required:
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must possess a valid Commercial Driver License with a Passenger Endorsement, with no
moving violations or suspensions.
• Previous experience transporting passengers in a 30 ft or longer vehicle.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to pass the Homeland Security Background Check to become authorized by the
airport to work in the secured area.
• Must possess open availability to work schedules as assigned.
All applicants will be required to pass a Criminal Background Check, Drug Test and DOT Physical
prior to employment.
