About the Role:
Rapid Visual Solutions LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Shrink Wrap/Packing Operator to join our team in Ringoes, NJ! Responsibilities:
- Operate shrink wrap machinery and packaging equipment in a production setting
- Inspect finished packages for quality, seal integrity, and proper labeling
- Pack, sort, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards
- Monitor equipment performance and report any mechanical issues promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
- Meet daily production quotas and packaging targets efficiently
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred
- Familiarity with shrink wrap machines or similar production equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs regularly
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment
