Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of store and sales management experience in luxury home furnishings or a related retail environment.
• Design or business degree/certification preferred.
• Strong entrepreneurial vision with the ability to innovate, problem-solve, and lead with ownership.
• Strong analytical ability with the capacity to react quickly to selling trends and drive profitable results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver an exceptional client journey that drives loyalty and measurable results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using CRM systems and design software.
• Understand and analyze customer behavior to implement actions that convert each visitor into a buying customer.
• Passion for luxury design.
