Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Showroom Manager / Executive Assistant to support senior leadership while also playing a key role in coordinating showroom activity and managing product samples.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the energy of the fashion industry—balancing executive support with the operational details that keep a showroom running smoothly. From managing calendars and communications to tracking samples and supporting market appointments, you’ll be a trusted partner helping ensure both leadership and the product flow stay organized and on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Act as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners
- Draft, edit, and manage correspondence including emails, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate showroom appointments, meetings, and market schedules
- Assist in maintaining the showroom to ensure collections are organized and presentation-ready
- Track and manage product samples including check-in/out, organization, and inventory logs
- Coordinate sample shipments to internal teams, stylists, retailers, and press as needed
- Support seasonal market preparation, product set-up, and showroom readiness
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow up on key action items
- Assist with internal events, brand meetings, and special projects
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism

- Highly organized with strong administrative and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced fashion environment with shifting priorities
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
- Professional, polished, and relationship-focused
- Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and calendar platforms
- Experience with showroom coordination or sample management is a strong plus
Qualifications
- Executive Assistant, Administrative, Showroom, or relevant fashion industry experience or internship
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and operate with autonomy
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion
- Interest in fashion, product, and brand environments preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $50K annually, commensurate with experience
