Job Description
Bath Planet of Arkansas is growing and looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our showroom team as Appointment Setters / Showroom Consultants.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping create a positive experience while scheduling in-home design consultations.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist showroom visitors
Engage with customers and build rapport
Schedule appointments in person and over the phone
Answer inbound calls and make outbound follow-up calls
Convert walk-in traffic into booked appointments
Maintain a clean and organized showroom
Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills
Outgoing and professional personality
Comfortable speaking with customers in person and by phone
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Sales or retail experience is a plus, but not required
