Pay Rate: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Monday - Friday | 9 AM - 3 PM

We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Showroom Clerk to support daily showroom operations. This role combines customer service, administrative support, order coordination, and sales team assistance while ensuring a welcoming experience for all customers and guests.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified.
• Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position.

Experience Requirements

• Previous customer service, receptionist, retail, showroom, or administrative experience preferred
• Experience answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing customer inquiries
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Experience working with spreadsheets and order tracking systems is a plus

Job Duties

• Greet and assist walk-in customers and scheduled guests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
• Schedule appointments and send consultation questionnaires and reminders
• Provide customers with product information and showroom guidance
• Maintain literature, finish samples, and showroom displays
• Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain transaction records
• Update customer, order, and pricing information in company systems
• Monitor open orders, backorders, and provide order status updates
• Process returns, credits, warranty requests, and RGA documentation
• Coordinate deliveries and assist with order scheduling
• Receive and verify showroom product deliveries when needed
