Showroom Associate

We are seeking a showroom sales associate for our Mendon MA store.  Our company sells, services and installs safes of all sizes.  It is a uniqe business and there will be much to lean about the different types and grades of safes.  We are looking for someone willing to learn about our product in order to educate our customers on the best option for their needs.

• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a positive manner and work with them in a selection of a safe that fits their needs.
• Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer support by answering their questions and assisting the customer in their request.
• Oversee the customer's purchase from the education of the product to the final selection, writing the sales order and scheduling the delivery.
• Keep the showroom product and displays in presentable condition.
• Address customer issues quickly and in a professional manner.
• Coordinate product receiving with the manager.
• Maintain an updated inventory to have an accurate availability of product.
• Occasionally assist the installation crew on deliveries.
