Salary/Hourly Rate:
$22/hr - $26/hr

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Showroom Assistant - Sportswear & Apparel Brand for a full-time, 4-month contract opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, sportswear, and working in a fast-paced, creative environment. The Showroom Assistant will help keep the showroom running smoothly, support product presentations and appointments, and ensure the space remains organized, professional, and welcoming for visitors.

Responsibilities of the Showroom Assistant - Sportswear & Apparel Brand:

• Welcome showroom visitors and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
• Assist with daily showroom operations and maintain an organized, visually appealing space.
• Support product presentations, showroom appointments, and special events.
• Organize and manage samples, product displays, and inventory.
• Help prepare the showroom for meetings, presentations, and client visits.
• Answer general product questions and direct visitors to the appropriate team members.
• Provide administrative and organizational support as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the showroom operates efficiently.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.

Required Experience/Skills for the Showroom Assistant - Sportswear & Apparel Brand:

• Previous experience in retail, fashion, sportswear, hospitality, a showroom, or another customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional, approachable, and team-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working fully onsite.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Showroom Assistant - Sportswear & Apparel Brand:

• Experience with an apparel, sportswear, or lifestyle brand.
• Familiarity with showroom operations, product samples, or inventory organization.
• Interest in fashion, athletic apparel, sports, or emerging industry trends.
• Experience supporting appointments, presentations, or events.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional coursework or a degree in fashion, business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
