About the Role:That Cabinet Company is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Showroom and Sales Coordinator to join our team in Ann Arbor, MI! In this role, you'll be the face of our showroom — connecting customers with beautiful, cabinetry solutions while keeping our sales operations running smoothly. Responsibilities:- Greet and assist showroom visitors, guiding them through cabinetry options and design selections
- Support the sales team by managing leads, following up with prospects, and coordinating appointments
- Maintain an organized, visually appealing showroom environment that reflects brand standards
- Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project flow
- Track and manage customer communications throughout the sales cycle
- Assist with showroom events, product launches, and promotional activities
Requirements:- Previous experience in sales coordination, showroom sales, or a related customer-facing role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interest or background in interior design, cabinetry, or home improvement is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or CRM software
- Self-motivated, professional, and team-oriented demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
