Join Our Team as a Licensed Realtor Showing Partner
Are you interested in part-time real estate work with flexible scheduling? The Valerie King Team is expanding and seeking Showing Partners to assist with an increasing number of buyer requests. This hourly contract role offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with a leading Connecticut team without the immediate need for a full-time commitment.
We aim to bring on at least two reliable, client-oriented partners to cover shifts during the day, evenings, and weekends. For the ideal candidate, this position could evolve into a full-time role as our team continues to grow.
Responsibilities
- Conduct buyer showings on behalf of the team owner, Valerie King, all over Connecticut. We primarily service clients in Fairfield County, New Haven County, Middlesex County, and sometimes Hartford County
- Provide written feedback on each showing to support the lead agent
- Communicate professionally with clients and represent the team with care and integrity
- Coordinate scheduling and confirm appointments in a timely manner
- Dedicate availability during days, evenings, and/or weekends as needed
Qualifications
- Active Connecticut Real Estate License (required)
- Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
- People-oriented with strong communication skills
- Organized, punctual, and dependable
- Positive attitude and willingness to represent another agent's clients professionally
- Bi-lingual / Spanish-speaking is a plus!
