As a Showing Assistant, you’ll gain valuable, hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. You’ll work directly with active buyers, observe how transactions are successfully completed, and utilize proven systems, tools, and training designed to deliver results.

Responsibilities

  • Complete onboarding and training through PLACE New Agent Launch
  • Partner with the lead agent to assist buyers throughout the home search process
  • Conduct showings and provide detailed feedback to help refine client needs and search criteria
  • Communicate regularly with clients who are under contract to provide updates and ensure a smooth experience
  • Support the offer process, including drafting and negotiating contracts under the direction of the lead agent
  • Attend home inspections, walkthroughs, and closings as needed to support clients and the team
  • Coordinate with all parties involved in the transaction to help keep deals on track and timelines met
  • Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to lead generation activities
  • Participate in weekly script practice and skill development sessions
  • Attend all required team meetings, trainings, and activities
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions and ongoing professional development
  • Accurately track all tasks, communications, and activities within PLACE technology systems
