Responsibilities

  • Complete New Agent Launch and implement team systems and processes
  • Show homes and assist buyers throughout the home search process
  • Communicate feedback from showings to help refine client search criteria
  • Assist with writing and negotiating offers alongside the lead agent
  • Consistently lead generate and follow up with prospective clients
  • Participate in weekly trainings, coaching sessions, script practice, and team meetings
  • Help create a smooth and positive experience for clients throughout the buying process
