We''re looking for an experienced Shop Service Technician to join our Warminster, PA service team. This is a hands-on opportunity for a technician who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of construction and industrial equipment in a clean, well-equipped shop environment.
You''ll work alongside an experienced service team while having the opportunity to take ownership of repairs from diagnosis through completion.
What You''ll Work On:
You''ll diagnose, repair, service, inspect, and maintain a variety of equipment including:
- Compact and Heavy construction equipment
- Skid steers and compact track loaders
- Aerial equipment
- Diesel-powered machinery
- Landscape, agricultural, and fleet equipment
- Hydraulic and electronically controlled equipment
What You''ll Do:
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and engine-related problems
- Troubleshoot equipment and determine the root cause of failures
- Perform repairs, preventative maintenance, inspections, and equipment setup
- Use schematics, service manuals, computers, and diagnostic information to accurately complete repairs
- Document repairs and assist with warranty claims
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety
- Maintain a clean, organizes, and safe shop environment
- Work collaboratively with other technicians, service personnel, and management
What We''re Looking For:
We''re looking for someone who can think through a problem, diagnose accurately, and get the equipment back to work.
Required
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while being a part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and understand schematics and repair/service manuals
- High school diploma/equivalent or relevant hands-on industry experience
Experience if any of the following is highly valued
- Diesel engines and combustion systems
- Hydraulic systems
- DC electrical systems
- Electronic controls and diagnostics
- Welding and fabrication
- Construction, industrial, agricultural, fleet, automotive, or heavy equipment repair
