Drewry Site Development is seeking an experienced Shop Mechanic to keep our civil site construction equipment and trucks operational, safe, and job-ready. This is a full-time, in-shop position in Daytona Beach.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy construction equipment and diesel trucks
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, brake, suspension, and transmission issues
- Maintain accurate service and repair records
- Keep tools and shop equipment organized and in working condition
- Follow all company safety procedures
Requirements
- At least 3 years of mechanic experience
- Experience servicing CAT equipment and Mack, Peterbilt, or similar heavy-duty trucks
- Strong diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical knowledge
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
- Must have your own tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to commute to Daytona Beach, FL 32114
