SHOP LABORER
Metal Fabrication Shop
Mid Atlantic Metals, LLC. is looking for a shop laborer to join our team.
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking shop laborer to assist with daily productions and shop operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with material handling and shop cleanup
- Load and unload steel and fabrication materials
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Support welders, fabricators, and machine operators
- Measure materials accurately and assist with production tasks
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
Qualifications
- Must be able to read a tape measure accurately
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Previous shop, construction, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
