Position: Material Handler
City: Surprise, AZ
Range of Pay: $20
Shift: 6:00am -3:00pm + OT
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Job Summary:
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for final assembly tasks including attaching brackets to overhead doors and supporting the production team with general duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble steel doors and related components according to specifications.
Use hand and power tools to complete manufacturing and assembly tasks.
Measure, align, and secure steel components and hardware.
Move and position steel materials and finished products safely.
Inspect completed work for quality and proper assembly.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Perform other production duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or mechanical experience preferred.
Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using hand or power tools.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime as needed.
Work Environment:
Work in a fast-paced steel door manufacturing facility around steel materials, tools, and production equipment. Safety, quality, teamwork, and productivity are key priorities.
