What You'll Be Doing

As a Shop Laborer / Production Floater, you'll support daily manufacturing operations and assist in different areas of the facility based on production needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with general labor and production tasks throughout the shop

• Supporting machine operators and other production personnel

• Moving, organizing, and preparing materials and supplies

• Performing basic assembly, packaging, and sorting tasks

• Helping maintain production workflow and efficiency

• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe

• Working in various departments as needed

• Following workplace safety procedures and instructions

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labor experience is preferred but not required

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

• Willingness to learn new tasks and assist wherever needed

• Positive attitude and strong attention to safety

• Experience using basic hand or power tools is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed

• Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment
