    Job Summary:As a Shop Helper, you will be an integral part of our dealership, assisting across all departments and contributing to our commitment to customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Thoroughly wash motorcycles, ensuring superior cleanliness.
    • Support Technicians in maintaining a tidy and efficient work environment.
    • Assist in the organization and setup of new motorcycles.
    • Ensure the service department is well-stocked and inform the Service Manager of low inventory.
    • Provide courteous and prompt service to customers, including motorcycle delivery and loading/unloading assistance.
    • Safely transport motorcycles to/from the warehouse and organize them efficiently.
    • Offer support to technicians and other staff as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Professional appearance and adherence to uniform policy.
    • Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement and a clean driving record.
    • Flexibility with work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Ability to lift 40 lbs, handle tools, and maneuver motorcycles up to 950 lbs.

    Working Environment:

    • Indoors in air-conditioned areas and outdoors in various weather conditions.
    • Exposure to loud noise, moving parts, and potential exposure to hazardous materials typical in a vehicle service department.
