Let your career thrive with VoltVolt is immediately hiring for Shop Helper in Fresno CA.Job SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and hardworking Shop Helper to support daily warehouse and fabrication operations in Fresno CA. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious mechanically inclined and willing to assist in a variety of production and shop functions.Key Responsibilities Assist with daily shop and warehouse operations. Support fabrication activities involving conveyor belts and lacing. Operate forklifts to move materials products and equipment throughout the facility. Load unload and organize inventory and materials. Prepare materials for production and fabrication processes. Assist production and shop personnel with project-related tasks. Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform general labor and support duties as assigned.Qualifications & Requirements Previous warehouse experience required. Forklift experience required. Experience in the conveyor belt industry is a plus. Basic fabrication experience is preferred but not required training will be provided. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to safety and detail. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to lift carry and move materials throughout the shift.
