As a Shop Helper, youll assist in a busy plant environment working on custom residential cabinetry, commercial casework, and architectural millwork. Your role is key to supporting production, handling deliveries, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
What Youll Do
As a Shop Helper, you will be responsible for:
- Helping in the plant working on custom residential cabinetry, commercial casework, and architectural millwork
- Assisting with deliveries when needed
- Sanding parts
- Cleaning parts
- Scraping parts
- Assembling cabinets
- Building up of countertop parts
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Sweeping and cleaning up the shop
What Youll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- The ability to lift and maneuver 50 pounds
- A valid drivers license and a good driving record for the last 3 years (preferred but not mandatory)
- Previous woodworking experience or interest in woodworking (desirable but not mandatory)
- Construction skills are helpful and relatable
- Comfort with stooping, bending, and twisting throughout the shift

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Salem and offers a full-time schedule Monday through Friday, 6am to 4:30pm.
