Shop Foreman
- 5+ years of experience working with structural steel or metals fabrication
- Experience managing a team
- Responsible for hiring, training, preparing work schedules etc.
- Monitor labor hours to ensure projects are completed in the hours estimated
- Coordinate shop schedule
- Experience with AISC standards
