Responsibilities

- Work closely with service advisors to communicate repair status, parts orders, and any technical issues.
- Evaluate technician performance and provide ongoing training and development.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Shop Foreman or similar supervisory role in an automotive service environment, preferably with luxury vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures, diagnostics, and tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Mercedes-Benz vehicles and service standards is a plus.
