Key responsibilities include:
- Direct and balance technician workflow to meet shop demand
- Perform final quality inspections on completed repairs
- Coach and mentor junior technicians to raise skill and consistency
- Communicate shop needs, equipment concerns, and productivity metrics to leadership
- Partner closely with the Service Manager to keep priorities clear and the floor running smoothly
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an automotive service environment
- Proven experience leading technicians
- Strong diagnostic/repair knowledge with a quality-control mindset
- Clear communication, prioritization, and team leadership skills
