    Description

Join EquipmentShare as a Shop-Based Heavy Equipment Diagnostic Mechanic

Picture your day: you roll into a modern shop at 7:00 AM, grab your tablet, and your first work order is already queued in T3. A fault code on a late-model earthmover flags a hydraulic pressure anomaly. By mid-morning, you’ve traced it with OEM diagnostics, swapped a suspect sensor, verified the fix, and documented your notes — all before lunch. The afternoon brings an aerial lift with an electrical gremlin, and you close your day mentoring a junior tech through a diesel aftertreatment calibration. That’s a typical Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule, with overtime after 40 hours and participation in an on-call rotation that comes with additional pay.
