Shipping & Warehouse Specialist (ERP / Forklift)
Location: North Las Vegas, NV
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Shipping & Warehouse Specialist with a strong background in shipping operations, warehouse ERP systems, and sit-down propane forklift operation. The ideal candidate has a stable employment history, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and has hands-on experience safely moving and handling large, heavy, or oversized loads.

This position requires a combination of warehouse equipment operation, inventory and shipping documentation, and computer-based order processing. Candidates must have relevant prior experience and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  Process, enter, and verify shipping orders using warehouse ERP or inventory management systems.
  
• 
  Operate a sit-down propane forklift to move, stage, load, and unload materials.
  
• 
  Safely handle large, heavy, or oversized loads while following warehouse safety procedures.
  
• 
  Prepare shipping documentation, labels, bills of lading, and related paperwork.
  
• 
  Coordinate outgoing shipments with carriers and internal departments.
  
• 
  Maintain accurate inventory records and verify product quantities, weights, and dimensions.
  
• 
  Perform basic math and measurements to ensure shipping accuracy.
  
• 
  Maintain an organized warehouse and shipping area.
  

Required Qualifications

• 
  Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
  
• 
  Hands-on experience operating a sit-down propane forklift.
  
• 
  Experience handling large, heavy, or oversized loads is strongly preferred.
  
• 
  Previous experience using warehouse ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems is required.
  
• 
  Demonstrated employment stability and a history of maintaining positions for a reasonable length of time.
  
• 
  Strong math, measurement, documentation, and data-entry skills.
  
• 
  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
  
• 
  Ability to work Monday–Friday in North Las Vegas.
