We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in doing quality work and being part of a team.As a Shipping & Warehouse Specialist, you'll help ensure our customers receive the right products on time by accurately preparing shipments, maintaining inventory, and safely moving materials throughout our manufacturing facility.Whether you have previous warehouse or shipping experience or you're ready to learn a new trade - we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.What You'll DoEvery day is a little different, but your responsibilities will include:Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipmentRead and follow customer-specific shipping instructionsProcess shipments accurately using shipping software and RF barcode scannersVerify products, quantities, and shipping documentation before orders leave the facilityPull and count inventory accurately from warehouse locationsLoad, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, dollies, and other material handling equipmentMaintain accurate inventory and shipping recordsIdentify and communicate inventory discrepancies or shipping issuesWork closely with production and customer service teams to keep orders moving on scheduleMaintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping areaFollow all company safety procedures and quality standardsWhat We're Looking ForWe hire people who are dependable, motivated, and ready to contribute to a positive team environment.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredShipping, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is helpful but not requiredForklift certification a plus; training is available for qualified candidatesBasic computer skillsAbility to read work instructions and shipping documentsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood communication and teamworkReliable attendance and a strong work ethicCommitment to workplace safetyPhysical RequirementsThis is an active, hands-on position that requires standing, walking, lifting materials up to 40 pounds, and safely operating warehouse equipment throughout the workday.
