Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is hiring a dependable and highly motivated Shipping Supervisor for a locally owned pharmaceutical company in Oklahoma City, OK. This hands-on position combines order fulfillment, scanning, labeling, shipping documentation, quality control, and team leadership.

The Shipping Supervisor will work alongside the shipping team while helping organize daily workloads, maintain accuracy, and keep orders moving efficiently. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to keep a team focused in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

• 
  Pull and prepare pharmaceutical orders accurately and efficiently.
  
• 
  Scan products and verify items against the correct customer orders.
  
• 
  Create shipping labels and process completed shipments.
  
• 
  Complete shipping paperwork, forms, and computer-based documentation accurately.
  
• 
  Perform quality-control checks before orders are released for shipment.
  
• 
  Help organize daily workloads and maintain shipping schedules.
  
• 
  Provide direction, support, and guidance to shipping team members.
  
• 
  Help hold team members accountable for productivity, quality, and daily goals.
  
• 
  Identify and resolve order discrepancies before shipment.
  
• 
  Maintain accuracy and organization during periods of high order volume.
  
• 
  Monitor workflow and help keep the shipping department on schedule.
  
• 
  Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shipping area.
  
• 
  Follow all company quality, safety, and shipping procedures.
  

Requirements

• 
  Previous shipping, warehouse, or order-fulfillment experience required.
  
• 
  Leadership, supervisory, or team-lead experience strongly preferred.
  
• 
  Pharmaceutical, medical, or other regulated-environment experience is a plus.
  
• 
  Strong computer skills and comfort working with scanners and shipping systems.
  
• 
  Ability to complete shipping paperwork and documentation accurately.
  
• 
  Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  
• 
  Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  
•
