SHIPPING SUPERVISOR - 2ND Shift
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Shipping
- Able to work most Saturdays and some Sundays (50+ hrs/week)
- Past experience managing people
- Great attendance
- Highly motivated
Position Description:
- Read and analyze work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and evaluate current production estimates and outputs
- Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions
- Ensure products are loaded on trailers correctly and in a timely manner
- Demonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees, or assign employees to experienced workers for training
- Observe work and ensure that operators conform to production or processing standards
- Motivate and manage a large group of employees
- Interpret specifications, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers
Compensation & Benefits:
