POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing daily crating and shipping activities to ensure equipment is properly packaged, documented, and shipped on schedule. This role works closely with Production and Project Management to coordinate crating workloads, monitor equipment readiness, plan and schedule shipments, obtain freight quotes, prepare export documentation, and ensure packaging and shipping activities meet customer, company, and regulatory requirements.

o High school diploma or equivalent; 3 years or more of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
o Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
o Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
o Strong organizational and time management skills.
o Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
o Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
o Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
o Effective verbal and written communication skills.
